There is Rostelecom Optics-> Copper and a terminal server in Hetzner. The rest of the clients on this terminal work normally, and one, which is on the RTK, periodically breaks. 100 times a day.

Judging by the picture, losses occur at gw-rostelecom.hetzner.com, does Hetzner know about Rostelecom, if that's what they call the gateway?

You have 100 in your route... This is the "gray" part of the RT. Appeared last year for the "old" segments. It is necessary to switch to "new" technologies - they will return a normal highway.

Hetzner has had problems with routers since yesterday. Perhaps this is the cause of your problem
