Loss of connection between the router and the provider during intensive data transfer, a problem in the router?
Background:
I connected myself to Internet access at 100 Mbps, a month later the old ZyXEL died, it began to overheat + the processor and RAM were 100% full. I decided to replace it with ZyXEL Keenetic Lite III, but then a problem was discovered. When transferring data, namely uploading photos to Avito, Facebook, VK, the Router lost or cut off the connection. But with normal surfing of sites, everything is fine, watching videos loads without problems, but with Torrent downloading, the signal was periodically reset (on the router).
Then I tried to limit the data transfer rate in the router settings to 2500 kbps. And I was surprised, photos and any other large files began to upload, and the router worked quietly without breaking the connection.
I contacted the master from the provider company, and he said that they could not find the problem + added that there were already 5 people like this. The only thing that unites me and these five strangers is the brand of the ZyXEL router, otherwise everything is possible.
Perhaps there is a suspicion of the very brand of the router manufacturer, but unfortunately it was not possible to take and test it on another router. Although connecting directly to the provider does not have such failures.
The old router could not pull this speed, but this ZyXEL hardly notices these problems with overload, only here is the problem with a network break.
What could be the problem and where to start looking, since changing the port provider, connection account, and changing the router did not help. Captured packet
file , may help

100 Mbps is already quite decent speeds. Try to install Mikrotik, something like mikrotik.ru/katalog/katalog/hardware/routers/mikro...
and even better mikrotik.ru/katalog/katalog/hardware/wireless_soho...
excellent devices. We've been running it for years and it works great.
It's just as easy to set up, it's just that there are a lot more settings and your eyes run wide, but then you get used to it. configured with the mouse.
Plus logs that you can poke the provider with your nose;)
Yes, probably. Even from previous experiments, it can be seen that routers do not withstand ..
