Loongson (Godson) 3 - engineering sample

Where did the question come from. Our team is now in transition from R&D to developing some kind of real-time video processing device with recognition, detection, etc., possibly from several sources. We are working on the algorithmic base on a laptop, and for the time being we are going to use something like Tegra3 or ION2 as the platform of the device itself, but not everything is going smoothly there.
In a fit of thinking about the hardware, I once again looked at the successes of the Chinese automotive industry in the form of a CPU-building loongson 2 with a consumption of 3W! Since the beginning of 2011 loongson 3b has been briskly announced with crazy 128Gf peak performance. However, the engineering sample cannot be found, lemote.com does not respond to requests.
Actually the question is, maybe someone had the experience of obtaining such a sample or the experience of communicating with loongson 2/3?
