Good day to all, it became necessary to send mass voice and SMS messages to the phone numbers of our customers from the existing database in an exel table. If in more detail: we are engaged in car maintenance and repair. We store the contacts of our clients in an exel table, we have designed a website for ourselves, and we want to notify our clients about this by indicating the website address. By googling, they found only software that performs only one function, either SMS mailings or voice alerts. So we turned to the respected community, maybe there is software that performs both the functions of voice and SMS alerts? Thank you in advance for your help!

Almost all online services for sending SMS allow you to set up mailings directly from the browser by simply indicating the list of phone numbers and more. Everyone has an API that even a schoolboy can handle, so there will be no problems.
Just google 'send online sms', be careful with the prices, they walk from 0.3r to 5r, as if there is no competition.

Many services offer SMS and voice. If from personal experience - I use sms-ka.net,
you can find out the cost of voice messages, I somehow didn’t feel the need. Moreover, you want to notify about the site, but not everyone perceives this kind of information well by ear)
