Looking for: network device performance monitoring system

Kind.

There was a task of monitoring a huge number of network devices (cisco, alcatel, huawei, zyxel and other manufacturers) from simple L2-L3 to XXX The TCLMon

system caught my eye (I found it in the comments to one of the articles on Habré) - someone used or uses her? Are there analogues? The main emphasis of the system is a detailed graphical display of device performance. Do not downvote if the question is not correctly expressed, I am ready to rephrase. And another question, more relevant to representatives of telecommunications companies: How do you monitor the performance of your equipment?

@All3

We have HP Network Node Manager. We have 24190 devices, cisco, servers, and more.
I have not been working with this monitoring for a long time, but I can say that it is quite convenient and there are a lot of all kinds of statistics and settings.

IP-IPDV (Internet Protocol Packet Delay Variation), IPLR (Internet Protocol Packet Loss Ratio), IPER (Internet Protocol Packet Error Rate), IPTD (Internet Protocol Transfer Delay), CPU + threshold, links + threshold, ram + threshold, etc. .d. etc.
More than 50 types of network devices (we don’t take servers into account, it’s not so difficult there :) ) + if there is also voip performance monitoring in the kit, it would certainly be heaven, but for free it’s unlikely to be found somewhere in one bottle.
and this is more than 2000 devices ... switches, dslams, other equipment of various brands, I can list the models :)
