Can I point the domain to localhost+port?

I have a purchased domain, I have already sent it to my server, several systems are running there under ubuntu + apache2, and now I need to make another subdomain on another PC, but its external ip thing will be the same as that of the server, I you need to port, for example, 123456, to a new PC that is not a server, help me, I'm a little confused in theory

DNS translates a name into an address. He generally knows nothing about ports.
On your server, you need to raise the nginx proxy and resolve it by ports.
SRV records are nice, but the application must be able to work with them. Browsers don't work with SRV records

As I understand it:
you want ip.ip.ip.ip:80
to open on sub1.youdomain.ru and ip.ip.ip.ip:123456 to open on sub2.yourdomain.ru - right?
Then here is an example of a DNS record of the SRV type using the TeamSpeak server as an example, where exactly what you need is done.
