Looking for Console SSH Tunnel Manager

Good night everybody!

Has anyone come across any console manager for ssh tunnels?

Everywhere, either GUIs come across (SSH Tunnel Manager, etc.) or set up tunnels with simple console commands

ssh -N -L 33642:remotemachine:5900 [email protected]

What I need is a list of active tunnels, add / delete, restore after a break.
What is needed is a CONSOLE UTILITY that implements this.
