Looking for certificate fingerprints?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
There is a dial-up of the services working under IIS. Services communicate with each other using certificates. When replacing certificates, jumps across servers begin with the search for the necessary * .config in which the required certificate is registered. 10+ servers, each with 10+ services.
Is there some software for accounting/tracking certificates, with automatic loading/replacement possible? Or can someone tell me a more convenient search for fingerprints?
At the moment I'm looking through notepad ++ (there is a replacement right there) - I enter several necessary prints through a regular expression at once, put a *.config mask and specify a specific server. But you have to run a search on each server. Is it possible to look for several options at once in several places? (Regular in the search address didn't work)
Or maybe someone with experience can give some advice.

From experience - this is not done on IIS.
In general - a very specific task, I'm afraid you will have to solve it yourself ...
