How to run multiple sites with different names on the same server?

Good day gentlemen! There is a windows server with external statics and a level 2 domain name (the registrar has an a-record registered). How should a DNS server be configured to run multiple websites with third level domains.
The server is in the dmz zone, there shouldn't be any problems with caching.

In the zone write
*.
@.
Equal to your white IP
In the IIS settings, create 2 hosts with the heading
www.example.com
ftp.example.com
Optionally, set the default host to a folder with one of them.
