Looking for an analogue of the network manager in windows?

Good day.
For the second day I am looking for a program that can replace the functionality of the network manager in windows. Let me explain, the network manager opens through the tray icon, through it you can connect to wi-fi, 3g, if there is a modem, and vpn. It is the program that can search for wi-fi networks that allows you to connect to them that I am looking for. Another mandatory requirement is the ability to connect to networks via modems, 3G and the like. It is desirable that the program interface be visually similar to the windows interface. That is, the program must use the standard GUI.
I turned here only when I didn’t find anything on the network myself, so I don’t offer to google it.
