Looking for a program to record streaming video to MJPG?

The smartphone lies by the window and shoots a summer cottage, while broadcasting video at 192.168.0.100:8080/videofeed in MJPG format . There are no problems with viewing, but I don’t know what to write down.
PS Recording video on a memory card is not possible due to the lack of it, and the lack of camera control.

MJPG is a sequence of changing jpgs. You can't put them in one file, you have to recode them.
A video stream can be saved to a file, for example, VLC
But, just record a stream - a boring movie will turn out. It is more interesting to record only events. You actually have an IP camera. It remains to connect it to any video surveillance system. Here, and preview, and filters, and recording events, and converting to any format.
If under Windows you can try AbelCam ; iSpy
If under Linux, then I recommend ZoneMinder
paid online service Ivideon

Hmmm, you can donate PC resources and video capture the video playing on the monitor.
