Long order assembly for dealextreme?
I received an order for dealextreme from three positions for a week, and now the second day it hangs in the status of ready to ship.
I have already heard that they have problems with the assembly of orders. Tell me, has dealextreme become really bad?

Once in a while it doesn't have to. Often there are problems with logistics - the site says that supposedly the goods are there, but they are not. The best way is to write to the chat and ask if there are goods in stock, I myself had this - in the chat I changed the product to a similar one. Basically, a week is not a long time. And yes, DX has never been quick
It's been a long time, I've stopped ordering for over a year now. Why wait 3 weeks.
Somehow I received an order for 3 weeks. I wrote to their support and it turned out that one of the goods is not available now. They were not going to notify me about this, but were waiting for the delivery of the missing goods. After that (about a year ago) I stopped using it.
Not only that, they really collect for weeks. So also mail adds. So far, I have not received my order from dx, although I made it at the end of August.

Almost 11 days of continuous "flight" - they sent pigeons, not otherwise. I don’t know, in China it was lying around so much, or (more likely) with us.
Rarely, when parcels arrived in 2 weeks (holiday season?). Most often 4-5 weeks.
And now, when placing an order, they have a checkbox “Send in-stock items first.”
My order with MK802 hung in the “paid” state for more than two weeks, after which I sent a request to technical support to cancel the order and return the money, which was done almost without further ado. Almost - because they asked on duty if I would like to form an order from other positions. Didn't wish.
It's a shame that the once quite sane store has turned into a faithful companion of the Russian Post in terms of speed.
