Long complete reinstallation of Windows 8 from the control panel
They brought a laptop bought from hand to bring it to the factory state, on the laptop the windows 8 system, after googling a little, decided to reinstall the system with standard tools - Control Panel -> General -> Delete all data and reinstall Windows. The question - how to clean the disk (approximate interpretation) was answered - completely bring it to the factory state (approximate interpretation). And here a problem arose - for three and a half hours Resetting your PC has been going on and only 21 percent, is this normal behavior for Windows 8?
Or should we not wait until the end and take some other action?
I don’t want to do a reinstall from an image or another version of the OS, because laptop is still under warranty.
