Login to the wp site with a temporary password through soap (cart ...)?

Are there solutions to enter the wp site with a generated temporary password through soap?

The user enters a soap to which he receives a link with an authorized login (soap + temporary password) by which the user goes and immediately logs in (a new user is created (if the soap is not in the database / or is authorized if it is in the database)
