Localization of a personal page on GitHub. Which solution to choose?

There is a personal page on the github like username.github.io. I want to make several versions, EN (global), RU (local), etc. How it is better to implement it?
The first thing that came to my mind was to simply create index-XX.html, where XX is the language identifier, and then make it possible for all pages to redirect to localized pages. But in this case, you will have to repeatedly duplicate the same text. Of course, I don’t plan to post new news there every day, but I want to do everything right.
