Local analogue of project managers under win?
Hi all. I am currently working on a project on my own. I wanted to know if there are analogues of online project managers. What you need:
- staging TODO with statuses completed / in progress,
- reports (records for yourself),
- notes
I would like to find exactly the offline version of the program under win. I know that you can put redmine, trac or the like on a virtual machine. But I want to work with the application. Online versions are not suitable because of work where there will be no Internet (I'm going to a session). There was an attempt to work with a simple MSO, but somehow I didn’t like writing and maintaining dock and Excel documents

In all seriousness, Emacs Org-mode.
MS OneNote, it seems, is also about this.
You can look at the Mind map software (FreeMind, for example).
As an “analogue of an online manager”:
Fossil - контроль версий, баг-трекер и wiki в одном флаконе
one easy-coding.blogspot.com/2011/01/fossil-wiki.html
two www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/doc/trunk/www/index.wiki
About meeting all other requirements - you yourself will have to feel it, it fits or not.
