Loading banners in mysql or still on disk?
There is an advertising service, banners are set by a link from other sites, which sometimes leads to such incidents as a site freezing if there is a banner from a crooked site in rotation ... etc., but I don’t know if this will create such problems as a wild load on the base or something else?

There is absolutely nothing to store extra blobs in the database. Increasing the base will reduce the efficiency of fetches/cache/buffers, etc.
It is enough to store the paths / file names, and the banners themselves on the disk.
