Load and run html / js from your server in an iOS application?

Colleagues, such a conceptual idea arose for one project: I want to load different components for visualization without recompiling the application. What if we make an html5/js package, download it from the server, store it locally in the application's persistence, and just show it in a WebView?
Intuition says that this is probably an injection of executable code into the application bypassing the AppStore and therefore Apple will not miss it. But maybe there are other opinions?
