Livereload via terminal?

How to install livereload via terminal? I'm talking about the one that works through a browser extension. Now I have it at home and I just enter "livereload" into the terminal, but at work I still don't understand how to put it. Tried with npm, didn't work.
"npm i livereload"
On their off site, you can only download the application.
