Live wallpaper on unity?

Does anyone happen to have any information on how to create wallpapers through unity? (Doesn't matter for PC or Android).

I saw something about Unity2Eclipse but it costs enough money, and there is no reason to buy it as such, since I only make wallpapers for myself

On android - export to a project for AndroidStudio (it seems that this is still possible), there you rewrite everything you need so that the application considers itself wallpaper and compile. There are a lot of gemmors, there are hardly any manuals.
Under Windows, even figs of what live wallpaper is.
