Advise literature on parallel and distributed programming, probably preferably without a strong connection to specific technologies and languages, since I am completely new to this topic. If there is something sensible with binding to C ++, I will also be grateful.

All based on your needs. For example, writing parallel programs in C++ is fundamentally different than for Erlang\Go, in which it is much easier (of course, with certain restrictions).
