LinuxMint-WINDOWS-iTunes: why is it not syncing?

On WIndows 10 Virtualbox does not sync.
iTunes sees the phone, outwardly everything works, but after starting synchronization or simply adding the selected file to the device, nothing happens. No errors, no warnings, no result - silence.
What would that mean? On windows7 in Virtualbox, at least I gave an error - Error No. <some>, synchronization was not completed.
