In Windows hosting, will there be big differences from Linux?

In general, I am offered to buy Windows hosting, for some reason it is cheaper than Linux.
My site is small, without a database, on html5 + php.
What to look for when choosing hosting? Where do I lose compared to Linux?

Linux has more storage space. If it doesn't matter and you already have a domain, then choose between a limited database and traffic (do you need anlim or not). Everything else is irrelevant
