Linux Xubuntu stopped finding Wifi module. What's the matter?

I switched the module to monitor mode, then I needed to return to normal mode, I decided to just reboot, since I'm far from Linux, it's easier for me. (Earlier I also did this)
Also, before rebooting, I entered
iw reg set BZ
(I dug up what increases power, I don’t know if it has something to do with it ..)
Now it doesn’t find the adapter, I connect it via USB, nothing in iwconfig either .. I also thought that the
module was covered because it was not in Windows either at first, but in the device manager I found it -> Enable and it worked in Windows.
On Linux, with the help of random commands, I was able to install some special drivers, and it worked for more than one day .. I don’t understand what’s wrong, and where to dig ..

It is quite possible that while you were sitting and googling idiotic commands for overclocking the adapter, a kernel update arrived to you. You rebooted and the whistle module (driver) fell off. Boot into the old kernel.
