Linux time rushes by a couple of minutes. How to sync?

Good afternoon. Time on the server is constantly running forward. In about a month, the clock begins to rush by 2 minutes. How to get rid of this once and for all?
Synchronized via ntp, but again they began to rush.
VDS Hosting Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS

Well, start the ntp daemon. It syncs them every 11 minutes.
