I need to organize file access via FTP on Linux.
It is necessary to have access to virtual users, I looked and found
several FTP servers, but there is access by folders, but not by files.
My goal: I have a file, I can send it to some user and he should also get access to it, but it is necessary to organize access to the file and not copy it, for example, to a virtual user folder if it is an FTP server.
Any ideas colleague?? Maybe there are some ready-made solutions? And if so, which ones?

you mean directly work with the file without copying to the local machine, and then back? then install samba and it will work like with local folders/files
