Linux on phones is absolutely unviable due to the complete lack of sane drivers.
Look towards PostmarketOS . If yours is not in the list of supported devices, your chances of getting usable Linux on your smartphone are close to zero (there are rare exceptions, but in general you should not consider them).
You can also look at w3bsit3-dns.com and XDA for this model, but most likely, there will be nothing there because, as stated in another answer, there are problems with drivers and firmware, which are often distributed in closed form.
To install linux on a mobile phone on android, there is such a wonderful application as linux deploy. Read the topic on w3bsit3-dns.com. In general, it’s worth starting not with installing Linux, but with custom aosp. If the device was more or less popular, then you will definitely find a newer firmware. I know for sure that android 9 pie was assembled for the 2013 devices.
