Linux on a transformer is real or how to provide the system with drivers and DE?

Hi all! Then I got a transformer tablet with the following
CPU characteristics: Intel Atom Z3735F (Baytrail)
RAM: 2 GB
ROM: 32 GB

I prefer Linux, although the Windows 8 interface is DIVINELY convenient and fast, I want to install it, but I have questions .. 1 )

Is there a normal DE that supports touch like Windows 8? Of course there is a gnome, but he's so fat that he's kapets ...
2) Where can I get the driver? I just noticed that Linux for some reason .... freezes, which is strange for this OS .... I want to do something with this, but I don’t know what + I want to find drivers for the camera and its handler (Camera: Camera OV2680. Handler: Intel Imaging Signal Processor 2400) who knows where to find them?
3) In principle, is it possible to do something so that the penguin works acceptable ... Maybe you can somehow conjure something to run Windows firewood in Linux as a vine

Oh, comrade ...
In general, putting Linux on a tablet is still a big question.
A limited list of devices into which you can shove Lin.
Pts limited.
And then, even if it is possible, then not with all the functions of the workers ...
