How to put a site script on a server on Ubuntu?

How to install this script on the site? There is no usual index.html or index.php at the root (complete zero in web programming), there is only server.php and the public folder. All this stuff needs to be run on Ubuntu (not Ubuntu Server), because I tried to make a server on Windows.
Maybe the question is easy, but, as I said, I am a complete zero on the web, so I ask for help
