Linux mouse problem?

Background: yesterday I demolished windows 10, and decided to install Linux. Installed ubuntu 16.04 everything worked fine. Went to bed, got up in the morning. Went to work computer. And I found problems with the mouse, they are described
Problem: I enter the operating system (linux mint, ubuntu 16.04, ubuntu 18.02) of these distributions. And my mouse click is cut off. That is, the application opens, the mouse works in it (not completely). But it doesn't respond to anything else. All clicks that I make, she sends under the window over which she focused. The keyboard works fine.
Notebook HP Pavilion
video card AMD a4 dual core.

The mouse works fine with other Linuxes, I tested it.

I looked on the forums, I'm not the only person with this problem, but I didn't find a solution to this problem in a whole day.
Does anyone have any ideas in which direction to dig?

In Gnome you will not find any settings at all, everything is carefully slaughtered there ...
Perhaps the problem is in the joint work of the mouse and touchpad?
You can try turning it off and see how it reacts.

On laptops Linux can work very finicky. What DE, what mouse settings are there, was it originally or did it become after something?
