Linux in the state companies?

Any advice on which Linux distribution to choose for a large company?
Distributions are needed for such tasks:
1) For workstations (hardware from sampleron to Core I3, from 512-4GB)
2) For a file server.
3For database server (1C 8.1, Firebird 2.5)
4)For mail server.
5) For a domain controller.
Free distributions are desirable, but not to violate any licenses.

Surely, since the state structure, they will also oblige the distribution from the list of Russian software. Alt, Astra, ROSA, GosLinux, Calculate - depending on personal preferences and qualifications.

Open SUSE, the perfect system in every way. Especially good for supporting this economy in the future because YaST will drag even beginners.

Any... Everyone will write what they like here, but this will not be the best choice for you. I would generally choose this:
1). Some *ubuntu, which one is easier
2). OpenSolaris/FreeBSD
3). Debian
5). Debian
Why? Because I'm used to working with these systems))
