Linux Mint Internet does not work from the wire, I connect with Wi-Fi, everything is fine?

The situation is this. I connect without a modem. I stick a wire, create a PPPoE connection. He writes that he is connected, I go into the browser, the Google start page is loaded, and then the Internet disappears. I've already tried everything. There is a second Windows system, I tried it through it - everything works fine. In general, I came to the conclusion that earlier the file /etc/resolv.conf could be manually edited and entered there the ip address of the provider's DNS server. Now Mint says it's not allowed:
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver 127.0.0.1
search Dlink
Like You see, I connect via a Dlink Wi-Fi router.
What to do prompt?
