Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon, has anyone experienced the issue of loading proprietary Nvdia drivers with Secure Boot enabled?

Hi all.
Who faced the problem of proprietary drivers on linux mint 18.3?
The essence of the problem is this - the free driver works without problems, but I would like to use the proprietary one, because it is more productive. Proprietary is put without problems, but then refuses to work. I know that the issue is solved by disabling Secure Boot in UEFI, but I wanted some more elegant solution, and I would not want to reduce the security of Win 10 in dual boot.
Why did I decide that there is a more elegant solution, and not the clumsy "just take and turn off the knife switch"?
The fact is that before that I installed Linux Mint 18.1 and there, when installing proprietary video drivers, the system asks for a password to disable Secure Boot (which you set when installing the system) and the driver works quietly. BUT! When updating the system, some packages break and the driver stops working. Reinstalling does nothing, the window asking you to disable Secure boot simply does not appear.
Even on the advice from the forums, I tried to enter such commands in the console, then reboot and nothing changes, then reboot the result is zero Maybe someone treated this not only by simply disabling Secure Boot in UEFI?
sudo mokutil --enable-validation
sudo mokutil --disable-validation
