Linux: how to sync two monitors?

Good afternoon.
OS - Linux (Kubuntu 13.10).
Video card - Nvidia GTX 660Ti.
Drivers - 331.38
Installed two monitors.
The essence of the problem:
By default, the right monitor is selected.
I expand (full screen) for example on the left video monitor - it unfolds on the left.
I do the same thing on the right monitor - but the video opens on the left monitor, i.e. in the browser, full-screen windows open on the left monitor.
I also noticed - I run CS in steam, it is on the left, the rest of the games are on the right.
Please tell me what is the problem?
