Linux hangs tightly when using application wines, what should I do?

costs Linux mint 18, downloaded the battlenet client, installed carstone. It starts, works, but after a while it gets stuck, everything freezes. Even with simple work, the bnet client freezes after a while. I did everything through Playof Linux Vine version 1.9.18

Install newer https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu
If the OS freezes, then do logging to the file
wine progname.exe >~/progname.exe.log 2>&1
See OS logs /var/log/syslog

Perhaps you do not support local UTF-8 try the language of the entire system [en-us], and synchronize the time if you do not have a system one. I seem to plow the free version normally.
