Linux for the frontend developer?

Good time everyone! I'm interested in the experience of using Linux for JavaScript developers:
1. What problems did you encounter?
2. is it possible to use the entire stack for development both for the web and for mobile (React native, android studio), without add-ons (additional plugins, extensions so that everything works) on them?
3. Node and all its possible npm packages (Yarn as an alternative?)?
4.Ubuntu or something else?

By and large, there are two options - Linux and Mac. We do not take Windows - you can, but you will spend a significant part of your time on sudden problems that you would not have had without Windows.
Both fit well, poppy is better because you can build applications for ios, Linux is better because for the same money you buy a noticeably more powerful computer and development will be more pleasant.

Install a hackintosh.. This will be the best option for the frontend.
As Andrei Okhotnikov noted, there is no Photoshop and Zeplin on Linux.
And also there is no sketch on Linux and Windows. And in general, the hackintosh is most suitable for the frontend.
If we talk about problems, then each Linux OS must be customized.
You can also Ubuntu, I use Deepin

In fact, there is no difference which axis to use, the main thing is skills (ability to google). JS works fine on Windows, Mac and Linux. Servers + - equally rise on all axes. Lack of Photoshop in Linux // I hear this for the first time. Diz arrived in the sketch // opened the figma, imported it and use it, what's the problem. Who else will name the problems that are not googled?
