Linux + EFI installation?

I'm trying to install linux (from disk) on one laptop with windows 8.1. I allocated a place, started installing linux, at the end of the installation I wrote that no other operating systems were found and whether you want to install grub as the main bootloader (I don’t remember verbatim), I agreed. Now, when loading a laptop, it does not offer to select a system, but immediately loads 8-ku.
Screenshot of the BIOS
In the BIOS, disabled secureboot, and boot mode chose legacy, because. otherwise does not determine the disk with linux
Disk partitioning
In Google, I found that some suggested putting grub on the EFI partition, but I'm afraid that then neither Windows nor Linux will boot.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and knows how to resolve it?

Which version of which distribution did you install? Are you sure it was UEFI mode?

Not sure? Don't install linux. For these purposes there are virtual machines.

If you are sure that you want and are not afraid to break everything, you can try setting up a native EFI bootloader. This may help you better understand how it all works.
I wrote about setting up rEFInd in my blog . The logic for all distributions is little different.

Grub adds itself to the boot list during installation, but does not put itself in the first place. Revert to UEFI Boot , and
dig into the "UEFI Boot Order" section (shown).
