WIFI mediatek M7630e won't start on ubuntu 14.04. Googled something, did according to the instructions, but to no avail. 5 hours of googling did not lead to anything. And I googled the installation of the driver, the driver simply does not install, first a bunch of warnings, then 10 more errors. The asus x550cc laptop gave the name wai fai. Bluetooth earned wi-fi no. The light is on, but it is not looking for anything, presumably there is no driver.
