Linux does not see the battery?

Good day! Ubuntu stopped seeing the battery. acpi -i gives Battery 0: Unknown, 0%, rate information unavailable. And it's always 0%. The laptop does not work without charging for a second. Tried to change the battery to a new one - the problem remains. Please help, maybe someone had a similar problem.
