Links from shit sites appeared, what should I do?

One bad site stole a couple of my articles, after which I complained to Gosha and these articles were excluded from the search. The owner of the shitty website sort of figured it out and decided to run my site through the shitty websites, I can’t find any other explanation because suddenly a bunch of links from some crazy one-day sites appeared overnight. My site sank in the issuance of certain requests.
Tell me what should be done in such situations?
UPD How did it happen that for one request, the site was in first place in the top 10 of Yandex, and now it has generally taken off from the distribution (the article is unique).

If you added a unique text in the Yandex webmaster, this would not happen.
Make a rewrite and add new text first to the Yandex webmaster, and only then to your site.
