github desktop saves projects in C:\Users\User\Documents\GitHub\
OpenServer C:\OpenServer\domains

How to link github to send commits from local development folder to C:\OpenServer\domains ?

When creating a repository project locally. You have to choose the place where the repository from GitHub will be copied (saved). In the program, click add new, and everything will be there.
