Hello! On my site I'm going to use pictures and icons distributed with a license, under the terms of which I have to leave a link to their site on the pages with their materials. If I do this, leave a link on my site to their site, will it negatively affect my site in any way? And if this link is taken in the noindex tag?

Add more rel="nofollow"and target="_blank". For a license is a license, and it is not necessary to give away the user, and even the robot.
Well, you can put these links in a very sluggish appearance animation, which is activated somewhere on scrolling to the end of the page, so that for sure it gets past the indexing.
