What is the difference for the PS how much you pay for the site?
Read the user agreement about restrictions, banners/links and other benefits of free hosting. If there is nothing critical - then the norms.

If you are on some ucoz, then I would still transfer to a paid domain, since, other things being equal, your site will be lower than similar ones, but with purchased domains and paid hosting.
