Link resources in MODX?

Good afternoon. I'm looking for a solution to this problem.
The site has a section with printers and a separate section with materials for printers. There are a lot of names of materials and each of them has a link to the product, and the product has a link to the materials. In order not to fill in all the links separately in two sections, I would like it to be possible to select the necessary materials when editing a product, and the link in the materials would automatically load to this product.
Is it possible to implement this?
