Lightweight webmin?

Please tell me the solution for the following problem. I am far from web programming, and out of habit I can do all sorts of rubbish.
0) on a Debian machine, lighttpd. Disk space is low and memory is low. Therefore, I don’t want to install webmin
1) the service is available via http through a browser
2) there must be authorization for one user with a password
3) the user enters text data into the fields and presses the “Submit” button
4) after that, depending on which of the buttons is pressed, the script with root rights is called.
This is necessary for remote configuration of the device. Like home routers, for example.
