Light and sound for filming videos?

Good day!
There was a problem of organizing competent and inexpensive light, as well as recording sound for video filming of small videos of medium quality.
We plan to record video on 1 SONY camera with the ability to shoot in HD and a SONY Alpha NEX-5 camera. Unfortunately, we do not have a studio and high-quality equipment, so we plan to shoot in an office.
Rollers must be of normal quality (not annoying sound and light).
The question is how to organize it on a budget, people write to rummage through aliexpress.com and search like that.
