Licenses in various countries

Actually the question is: Is it possible in one country (in my case, Ukraine) to buy Microsoft programs (specifically, MS Office 2010), and use them in another country (Poland). I often go on business trips, and abroad a branch of our organization. I'm thinking of moving one of my work computers there. On a computer MS Windows 7 Pro (boxed) and Office 2010. Will this software be legal in Poland?

The boxed version is completely yours (as far as the EULA allows :) ), so at least to Antarctica, even to Zimbabwe.
Software purchased under corporate licensing programs has nuances, but nothing supernatural, "my work computer - I can use it." Now, if you take a corporate license and stick it on the computer of an organization that is in no way connected with yours, then, de jure, this will be a violation.
