License-clean image upload to Amazon Web Services Marketplace?

Hello everyone,
I want to create an Amazon AWS Marketplace AMI for several open source applications.
To make it easier and more convenient to use them on Amazon AWS + to gain experience + useful for the community.
The problem is how to make it licensed clean?
Amazon replied:

The seller of software in Marketplace is responsible for securing any rights need for their solution to run, as called out in sections 5.1.1 and 6.4.7 of the Marketplace Seller Guide.

Marketplace Seller Guide
Looking at the EULA for a particular product in the Marketplace is a good indication of how different rights holders are handling bundling of Open source software.
That being said it would be your responsibility to ensure that your software did not violate any rights agreements. Please take a look at the EULA for Amazon Linux to ensure your solution would comply, but we do have a number of sellers who have built on that flavor of Linux.

From what I did not understand whether I can create something like:
WordPress powered by Bitnami
Take Gentoo + Mysql + php + ... and make hardened Linux.
