libusb and windows 8?

I installed libusb drivers on windows 8. Rebooted and now not a single usb device is detected by the system. That is, in fact, the mouse and keyboard do not work. Question: how to return the system to normal?
Keyboard works in bios.
Live cd with ubunta loads and works but doesn't mount hard, because it's 'not in the safe state'.
With the new bootloader, I do not have time to enter safe mode through f8.
The network doesn't work either.

Try using the Windows 8 installation disk to enter system recovery, and roll back to the previous restore point, if any.
Or in the same place try to go to the disk through the console (it should be mounted) and delete the driver files manually.
