Library for stream video from mobile device via rtmp channel?

Is there such a library for iOS or Android (can be different)?
The only thing I could find is www.linphone.org/eng/download/
And there is a framework www.binpress.com/app/videostream-sdk-for-ios/1322 , but unfortunately it is only for getting stream videos . And I need to transmit from the camera of a mobile device.
